Rental Policy

  • Driver age

  • Minimum 19 years old for car groups A,B,C,D.

  • Drivers license
    A valid EU driving licence held at least one year is required

  • Rental Period

  • Cars4Rental rental policy conciders "one" is from the pick -up of the car in the morning until 20:30 in the evening, without any extra costs

  • Payments
    In cash or via credit card.
    Online Reservations
    We have an Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.
    The customer can pay with Credit Card or Cash on delivery with the delivery of the car.

  • The Consumer is not obliged to pay, if the notice of payment is not received(receipt-invoice)

  • SECURE TRANSACTIONS

  • All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

    Payment options:
    - Through credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

  • Extending/Cancelling

  • You may cancel your booking or rental agreement at any time. We strongly suggest all drivers to notify our office at least 5 days ahead of the current rental start/end date, for their intent to cease the agreement, so that we may inform you of any potential surcharges that may be incurred.

  • Availability
    Cars4Rental, rent car reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.

  • Fuel : Is paid by the renter.

  • Ferrying the car it is not permitted.

  • PERSONAL DAMAGES
    100% insurance against personal damages - at no extra cost . ( Full comprehensive insurance     without self risk F.D.W). Insurance for the driver and the passengers, according to the international insurance laws. Death and body injuries also of persons not riding in or upon the car.

  • TYRES & CAR WINDOWS
    Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are NOT covered by Cars4Rental RENT A CAR.
